As someone who enjoys running too, I’ve come to appreciate one underrated form of fitness that almost anyone can embrace – brisk walking.

I’ve always believed in walking with intent. Not just for physical fitness, but to build the clarity, calmness, and consistency I need in my corporate life.
Whether it’s powering through long workdays, staying focused during client presentations, or making better decisions under pressure – a brisk 30-minute walk often clears the fog and recharges my mind and body.

Today, I’m proud to have completed the 5KM Walkathon 2025, a powerful event that brought people together to celebrate health, strength, and community.

To me, it wasn’t just a walk. It was a reminder that consistency matters more than intensity, and that leadership begins with self-discipline.

Let’s remember…you don’t have to run to stay ahead.

Just walk…and walk briskly. That’s enough to move mountains, in life and at work. 💪✨
